Chocolate Budino
Ingredients
5 egg yolks
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon espresso powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon molasses
2 cups of chocolate (all chocolates will work)

Road map for the adventure
In the sauce pot, whisk together the egg yolks, heavy cream, espresso powder, sugar and molasses.
Over a low/medium heat, continuously whisk the mixture until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. 3-5 minutes
Take the pot off the stove and add in all your chocolate and whisk until melted.
Once melted, pass through a metal sieve.
Pour mixture into ramekins or another serving dish and allow to cool for 2-4 hours.
When ready to serve (optional) add caramel and flaky salt to the top of the budino.
